OLFML2B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OLFML2B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OLFML2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIGAR, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and 4E-BP1_pT70. Each is linked with OLFML2B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OLFML2B-to-partner and partner-to-OLFML2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TIGAR grouped by OLFML2B-low versus OLFML2B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OLFML2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→OLFML2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
