OLFML2B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OLFML2B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OLFML2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are C2orf80, C6orf118, and ACER1. Each is linked with OLFML2B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OLFML2B-to-partner and partner-to-OLFML2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C2orf80 grouped by OLFML2B-low versus OLFML2B-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OLFML2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→OLFML2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
