OLFML2A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OLFML2A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,777 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OLFML2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNG, LAMA4, and ANGPTL2. Each is linked with OLFML2A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OLFML2A-to-partner and partner-to-OLFML2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OLFML2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→OLFML2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
