OLFM3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OLFM3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,406 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OLFM3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RSL1D1, CACNA1B_S923, and ADNP_S921. Each is linked with OLFM3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OLFM3-to-partner and partner-to-OLFM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OLFM3 versus RSL1D1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OLFM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→OLFM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
