Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OLFM3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,762 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OLFM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYCT1, DIPK2B, and FAM81A. Each is linked with OLFM3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OLFM3-to-partner and partner-to-OLFM3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OLFM3 versus MYCT1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OLFM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→OLFM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
