OLFM3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OLFM3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,530 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OLFM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PREB, CENPK, and KLF3. Each is linked with OLFM3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OLFM3-to-partner and partner-to-OLFM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PREB grouped by OLFM3-low versus OLFM3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OLFM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→OLFM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
