Across TCGA cell cohorts, OLFM3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,601 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OLFM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are IER3, RGS16, and IGSF21. Each is linked with OLFM3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OLFM3-to-partner and partner-to-OLFM3 results are reported.
