Across TCGA cell cohorts, OLFM3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,076 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OLFM3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of sodium ion export across plasma membrane, Positive regulation of sodium ion export across plasma membrane, and Positive regulation of sodium ion transmembrane transport. Each is linked with OLFM3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OLFM3-to-partner and partner-to-OLFM3 results are reported.
