OLFM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OLFM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OLFM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2C1, CFHR2, and HMX3. Each is linked with OLFM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OLFM2-to-partner and partner-to-OLFM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2C1 grouped by OLFM2-low versus OLFM2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OLFM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OLFM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
