Across TCGA cell cohorts, OLFM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,817 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OLFM1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Primary alcohol biosynthetic process, Long-term synaptic potentiation, and Regulation of nervous system process. Each is linked with OLFM1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OLFM1-to-partner and partner-to-OLFM1 results are reported.
