OLFM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OLFM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OLFM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EDDM3A, NOBOX, and PF4V1. Each is linked with OLFM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OLFM1-to-partner and partner-to-OLFM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EDDM3A grouped by OLFM1-low versus OLFM1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OLFM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OLFM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
