OLAH

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OLAH RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,540 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OLAH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MMP9, SERPINE1, and MAP4K4. Each is linked with OLAH in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OLAH-to-partner and partner-to-OLAH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OLAH versus MMP9 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OLAH→partner) and Y-score (partner→OLAH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
