Across TCGA patient cohorts, OLAH mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OLAH-associated genes across cancer lineages are Myosin-IIa_pS1943, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, and EGFR. Each is linked with OLAH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OLAH-to-partner and partner-to-OLAH results are reported.
