Across TCGA cell cohorts, OLAH RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 646 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OLAH-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway in response to endoplasmic reticulum stress, Protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum, and Endoplasmic reticulum to cytosol transport. Each is linked with OLAH in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OLAH-to-partner and partner-to-OLAH results are reported.
