OLAH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OLAH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OLAH-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASB17, HSF5, and C12orf40. Each is linked with OLAH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OLAH-to-partner and partner-to-OLAH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASB17 grouped by OLAH-low versus OLAH-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OLAH→partner) and Y-score (partner→OLAH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
