OLAH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OLAH mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,067 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OLAH-associated genes across cancer lineages are DLG5, TP73, and TBC1D2. Each is linked with OLAH in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OLAH-to-partner and partner-to-OLAH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DLG5 grouped by OLAH-low versus OLAH-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OLAH→partner) and Y-score (partner→OLAH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
