Across TCGA cell cohorts, OIT3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OIT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2BC1, H2AC1, and KRTAP10-1. Each is linked with OIT3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OIT3-to-partner and partner-to-OIT3 results are reported.
