OGT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OGT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,143 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OGT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BUB3, RBM39, and SNU13. Each is linked with OGT in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OGT-to-partner and partner-to-OGT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OGT versus BUB3 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OGT→partner) and Y-score (partner→OGT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
