Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OGT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,191 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OGT-associated genes across cancer lineages are SGO1, RFC5, and CACYBP. Each is linked with OGT in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OGT-to-partner and partner-to-OGT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OGT versus SGO1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OGT→partner) and Y-score (partner→OGT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
