OGT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OGT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,865 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OGT-associated genes across cancer lineages are JAKMIP1, GBP5, and LSS. Each is linked with OGT in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OGT-to-partner and partner-to-OGT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JAKMIP1 grouped by OGT-low versus OGT-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OGT→partner) and Y-score (partner→OGT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
