Across TCGA cell cohorts, OGT RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,994 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OGT-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAF1, ATRX, and LENG8. Each is linked with OGT in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OGT-to-partner and partner-to-OGT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OGT versus TAF1 in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.
