Across TCGA cell cohorts, OGT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,650 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OGT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA splice site recognition, Co-transcriptional mRNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, and Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with OGT in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OGT-to-partner and partner-to-OGT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, mRNA splice site recognition grouped by OGT-low versus OGT-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
