Across TCGA cell cohorts, OGT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 256 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OGT-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC32A1, GML, and FUT5. Each is linked with OGT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OGT-to-partner and partner-to-OGT results are reported.
