OGG1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OGG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,113 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OGG1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR48, TOP2B, and NR2C2. Each is linked with OGG1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OGG1-to-partner and partner-to-OGG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OGG1 versus WDR48 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OGG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OGG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
