OGG1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OGG1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,256 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OGG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HBA2, ANO3, and BDNF-AS. Each is linked with OGG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OGG1-to-partner and partner-to-OGG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OGG1 versus HBA2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OGG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OGG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
