Across TCGA cell cohorts, OGG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,861 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OGG1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cell cycle checkpoint, Microtubule polymerization, and Depyrimidination. Each is linked with OGG1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OGG1-to-partner and partner-to-OGG1 results are reported.
