OGFRP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OGFRP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,629 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OGFRP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TK1, MCM5, and NUP50. Each is linked with OGFRP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OGFRP1-to-partner and partner-to-OGFRP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OGFRP1 versus TK1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OGFRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OGFRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
