OGFRP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OGFRP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OGFRP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTTY2. Each is linked with OGFRP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OGFRP1-to-partner and partner-to-OGFRP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TTTY2 grouped by OGFRP1-low versus OGFRP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OGFRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OGFRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
