OGFRL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OGFRL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OGFRL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZAN, CST9, and TMEM95. Each is linked with OGFRL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OGFRL1-to-partner and partner-to-OGFRL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZAN grouped by OGFRL1-low versus OGFRL1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OGFRL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OGFRL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
