OGFR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OGFR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,306 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OGFR-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP5F1A, CD8A, and PITPNC1. Each is linked with OGFR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OGFR-to-partner and partner-to-OGFR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATP5F1A grouped by OGFR-low versus OGFR-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OGFR→partner) and Y-score (partner→OGFR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
