Across TCGA cell cohorts, OGFR RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,502 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OGFR-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of telomeric loop disassembly, Positive regulation of intracellular protein transport, and Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane. Each is linked with OGFR in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OGFR-to-partner and partner-to-OGFR results are reported.
