OGFOD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OGFOD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,356 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OGFOD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS35P2, RN7SL248P, and RNU6-933P. Each is linked with OGFOD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OGFOD2-to-partner and partner-to-OGFOD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPS35P2 grouped by OGFOD2-low versus OGFOD2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OGFOD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OGFOD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
