Across TCGA patient cohorts, OGFOD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,114 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OGFOD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are JADRR, MIR6853, and MIR548AD. Each is linked with OGFOD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OGFOD1-to-partner and partner-to-OGFOD1 results are reported.
