OGA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OGA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,085 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OGA-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR498, BPY2DP, and MIR4440. Each is linked with OGA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OGA-to-partner and partner-to-OGA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OGA→partner) and Y-score (partner→OGA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
