Across TCGA patient cohorts, OFD1P17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,830 significant associations in total. LAML shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OFD1P17-associated genes across cancer lineages are MALAT1, DDX50P1, and DLSTP1. Each is linked with OFD1P17 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OFD1P17-to-partner and partner-to-OFD1P17 results are reported.
