OFD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OFD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,697 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OFD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CFAP70, RSPH1, and IQCK. Each is linked with OFD1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OFD1-to-partner and partner-to-OFD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OFD1 versus CFAP70 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OFD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OFD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
