OFD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OFD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,076 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OFD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRABD, MTA2, and ZNF598. Each is linked with OFD1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OFD1-to-partner and partner-to-OFD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRABD grouped by OFD1-low versus OFD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OFD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OFD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
