Across TCGA patient cohorts, ODF3L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,680 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ODF3L1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HDGFL3, BBS4, and MRPS34. Each is linked with ODF3L1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ODF3L1-to-partner and partner-to-ODF3L1 results are reported.
