ODF3L1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ODF3L1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ODF3L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, JNK2, and MEK1. Each is linked with ODF3L1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ODF3L1-to-partner and partner-to-ODF3L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by ODF3L1-low versus ODF3L1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ODF3L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ODF3L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
