Across TCGA cell cohorts, ODF3L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,017 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ODF3L1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, Regulation of proteasomal protein catabolic process, and Maintenance of protein location in cell. Each is linked with ODF3L1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ODF3L1-to-partner and partner-to-ODF3L1 results are reported.
