ODF3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ODF3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ODF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAS2R60, PRAMEF10, and PRAMEF33. Each is linked with ODF3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ODF3-to-partner and partner-to-ODF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAS2R60 grouped by ODF3-low versus ODF3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ODF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ODF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
