Across TCGA cell cohorts, ODF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ODF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CT45A6, GHRH, and TRIM49B. Each is linked with ODF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ODF1-to-partner and partner-to-ODF1 results are reported.
