ODC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ODC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,765 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ODC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEFB105A, RNU1-57P, and USP9YP10. Each is linked with ODC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ODC1-to-partner and partner-to-ODC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DEFB105A grouped by ODC1-low versus ODC1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ODC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ODC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
