Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ODC1-DT RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ODC1-DT data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher ODC1-DT RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ODC1-DT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LGG and SKCM show a favorable association.

KIRC, ACC, and UCEC are the cancer types where ODC1-DT RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
