Across TCGA cell cohorts, ODAPH RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,795 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ODAPH-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein localization to mitochondrion, Regulation of proteolysis, and Regulation of enamel mineralization. Each is linked with ODAPH in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ODAPH-to-partner and partner-to-ODAPH results are reported.
