Across TCGA cell cohorts, ODAPH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ODAPH-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSG1L2 and C5orf67. Each is linked with ODAPH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ODAPH-to-partner and partner-to-ODAPH results are reported.
