Across TCGA patient cohorts, ODAM RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,091 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ODAM-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Lung vasculature development, Chondrocyte proliferation, and Exocrine system development. Each is linked with ODAM in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ODAM-to-partner and partner-to-ODAM results are reported.
