ODAM

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ODAM protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 109 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ODAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are DPPA5P4, SLC12A4, and GNRH2. Each is linked with ODAM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ODAM-to-partner and partner-to-ODAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ODAM versus DPPA5P4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ODAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→ODAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
