ODAM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ODAM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 186 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ODAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-33P, MIR516A1, and MIR4659A. Each is linked with ODAM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ODAM-to-partner and partner-to-ODAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-33P grouped by ODAM-low versus ODAM-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ODAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→ODAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
