Across TCGA cell cohorts, ODAM RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 812 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ODAM-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of muscle filament sliding, Nephric duct formation, and Negative regulation of glomerular mesangial cell proliferation. Each is linked with ODAM in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ODAM-to-partner and partner-to-ODAM results are reported.
